Please note, MEarth is deeply committed to its mission and vision; as such, we request that your event align with our core values described above. Carmel has many beautiful locations for weddings, unfortunately this is not one of them.

Cancellation Policy

If there are participants who are enrolled and unable to participate in the community connection program, MEarth must be notified in writing as soon as possible, prior to the start date of the event. Our refund policy regarding cancellation states the following:

15+ Days Advance Notice in Writing: 100% Refund 
8 – 14 Days Advance Notice in Writing: 50% Refund 
0 – 7 Days Advance Notice in Writing: No Refund

*Please Note: If MEarth cancels any events due to concerns about COVID-19, registration fees will be refunded in full, including any processing fees.
