Meghan Macaluso, Founder and CEO of M Ventures Consulting, is a seasoned fundraising expert with over two decades of experience helping people and organizations raise millions of dollars to fuel positive change. Meghan specializes in leading complex fundraising programs and teams to growth, combining a strategic and data-driven approach with effective execution in dynamic and high-pressure environments.

Originally from Colorado, Meghan has led local, state, national and global organizations and campaigns from the California coast. She has served in fundraising and leadership positions at United Way Bay Area, NARAL Pro-Choice America (now Reproductive Freedom For All), PAI – Champions of Global Reproductive Rights, and Save The Bay. Prior to opening her own business, Meghan served as Chief Development Officer for Planned Parenthood Mar Monte, the largest Planned Parenthood in the country. 

Meghan married into a five-generation Monterey County family in 2010 and moved with her husband and son to Carmel Valley in 2021. She is passionate about the outdoors and inspiring the next generation of environmental stewards. When not building her business or cheering her son from the sidelines, Meghan can be found in the beautiful nature of the Monterey Peninsula with her family and three dogs.
