Plant-Forward Cooking Workshop

Join us for an enriching experience cooking with Holistic Health Practitioner and owner of Grounded Health & Wellness, Emily Reistetter, MS, BCHN® Candidate. Emily supports clients of all ages in uncovering the root cause of their health challenges. Recent research has found that most chronic conditions stem from gut inflammation. By healing and nurturing our gut, we heal and nurture our entire body.

This hands-on workshop will be hosted on site at the Hilton Bialek Habitat, where we’ll harvest directly from the edible organic garden for a full farm-to-table experience. Instruction is in the professionally outfitted and LEED Certified MEarth teaching kitchen and will feature:
