2023 Summer Camp Registration Form

Camp Dates and Descriptions: Week 1: June 26 – June 30: Microgreens Cooking Camp: 6 years old – 8 years old (1st-3rd) Camp Description: Join us for MEarth’s next master chef class of 2023 this summer! Kids will learn how to chop, cook, and bake using seasonal culinary inspirations from the garden. Can your camper stand the heat of the kitchen? Pricing: $450 Week 2: July 10 – 14: Green Tweens Cooking Camp: 9 years old – 11 years old (4th-6th) Camp Description: Join us for MEarth’s next master chef class of 2023 this summer! Kids will learn how to chop, cook, and bake using seasonal culinary inspirations from the garden. Can your camper stand the heat of the kitchen? Pricing: $450 Week 3: July 17 – 21: Microgreens EcoExplorer Camp: 6 years old – 8 years old (1st-3rd) Camp Description: Are you curious about the environment around you? At EcoExplorers camp, you will discover and connect with the plants and animals that call MEarth home. Camp includes fresh and healthy snacks that campers come together to enjoy. Pricing: $400 Week 4: July 24 – 28: Green Tweens EcoExplorer Camp: 9 years old – 11 years old (4th-6th) Camp Description: Are you curious about the environment around you? At EcoExplorers camp, you will discover and connect with the plants and animals that call MEarth home. Camp includes fresh and healthy snacks that campers come together to enjoy. Pricing: $400 Week 5: July 31 – August 4: Green Teens Choose Your Own Adventure Camp: 11 years old – 13 years old (6th-8th) Camp Description Do you like arts, cooking, gardening, or hiking? Every day at this camp is a new adventure, where your camper gets to choose their own camp experience! Camp includes fresh and healthy snacks that campers come together to enjoy. Pricing: $400

  • Scholarship Eligibility [WAITLIST ONLY]

    This year, MEarth can offer scholarships for Summer school break camp. To be eligible for a scholarship, you, your family, or your child(ren) must meet one of the following criteria:

    1. Eligible and enrolled in Medi-Cal health care,
    2. Eligible for free or reduced lunch in California schools,
    3. Annual income is equal to or below the poverty line as indicated by,U.S. Federal Government.
    If you meet any one of these requirements, please submit the relevant documentation below to be considered for a scholarship for Summer Break Camp. A MEarth Staff will be in touch regarding the status of your application.

      Please upload one of the following: A picture of scan of your child(ren’s) Medi-Cal card, a copy of documentation indicating eligibility for free or reduced lunch, a copy of your 2018-2019 or 2019-2020 tax returns indicating an income level below the U.S. Federal Poverty level.
    • A discount of 10% is automatically applied to the cost of registering multiple children in the same household.

    • Note that upon completion of this form, MEarth will require additional paperwork for each attendee to confirm participation in the program.

    • Registrant Information

      The following fields ask for information about the registrant, parent, or guardian who is registering the child(ren) for MEarth school break camp. Once registration is completed, additional paperwork will be required for each child registered.
    • I understand and acknowledge that activities at MEarth Camp, such as hiking and working with tools, pose risks to my child, including risks of cuts, strains, sprains, sunburn, insect bites and serious injury or death.

      As a parent or guardian of the above named minor, do hereby, for my child, myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, release and forever discharge MEarth and all officers, directors, employees, agents and volunteers of the organization, acting officially or otherwise, from any and all claims, demands, actions or causes of action which in any way arise from the minor’s participation in the MEarth Fall Break Camp.
