Grow.Cook.Eat. | A Culinary Bootcamp returns for its second year, offering a week-long intensive program for middle school-aged aspiring chefs. Campers are immersed in the simple joy of learning how to harvest and cook foods that are healthy for both the people who eat them, and the land on which they are grown. Local chefs and guest teachers join us to share restaurant management knowledge, help campers hone their cooking skills, and build on kitchen basics. The week culminates with a “pop-up” style dinner for parents in our LEED-certified classroom.

Getting your kids in the kitchen is a great way to build independence and foster healthy habits for life!
