MEarth is committed to offering camp enrollment to youth in financial need. For 2017, both full and partial scholarships are available for award to eligible Monterey County youth.
Thanks to our generous supporters, approximately 30% of campers receive scholarships each summer. We especially want to thank Pebble Beach Company Foundation, Nancy Buck Ransom Foundation, and Carmel-by-the-Sea Garden Club for making Camper Scholarships for 2017 possible.
We are looking for high school students who will play a key role in supporting camp logistics for our MicroGreens and EcoCamps, and as peer mentors for our Middle School EcoLeaders. This camp is designed for second-year Monterey Bay Aquarium’s TCL’s or other teens who are familiar with our programs (including past MEarth campers) to continue to learn about their role in environmental stewardship and conservation.
As always, we are looking for volunteers to assist in Summer Day Camp. Please contact Melissa@MEarthCarmel.org for more information or fill out this form.
