MEarth at the Hilton Bialek Habitat
Just in time for the holidays, learn how to make two mouthwatering pies from scratch with Yulanda Santos, Pastry Chef of Aubergine Restaurant at L’Auberge Carmel in the gorgeous LEED-Certified classroom at MEarth. Utilizing locally-sourced and seasonal ingredients, workshop participants will learn how to make a handmade apple pie and a pumpkin pie from scratch.
Attendees will also learn how to make a simple and delicious whipped marscarpone topping to enjoy on a sampling of completed pies.
Attendees must be at least 12 years old and minors must be accompanied by an adult.
