Just in time for the holidays, learn how to make two mouthwatering pies from scratch. Utilizing locally-sourced and seasonal ingredients, workshop participants will learn how to make an apple streusel pie and a pumpkin pie from pumpkins grown in our organic gardens. Post Ranch Inn Pastry Chef Yulanda Santos will demonstrate simple and delicious toppings for attendees to enjoy on a sampling of completed pies.

MEarth Executive Director, Tanja Roos, will also be hosting a tour of the property/programs for interested attendees.

DIYpie participants are encouraged to bring their own pie tins from home.
