Just in time for the holidays, learn how to make two mouthwatering pies from scratch with Yulanda Santos, Pastry Chef of Aubergine Restaurant at L’Auberge Carmel in the gorgeous LEED-Certified classroom at MEarth. Utilizing locally-sourced and seasonal ingredients, workshop participants will learn how to make a handmade apple pie and a pumpkin pie from scratch.
Attendees will also learn how to make a simple and delicious whipped marscarpone topping to enjoy on a sampling of completed pies. MEarth staff will also be hosting a tour of the property/programs for interested attendees.
Attendees must be at least 14 years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Space is limited to 20 attendees, sign up today:
