Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a way for individual community members to connect directly to local farmers that grow their food, helping create a more resilient and SUSTAINABLE food system! Customers “buy in” at the beginning of the season, by purchasing a SHARE which guarantees them an abundant bag of organically grown produce from the Habitat gardens, for 12 consecutive weeks during the growing season. This effort will not only share the nutritious “wealth” of produce from the property, but also helps MEarth generate additional revenue to support our mission of educating + inspiring through environmental stewardship. Everyone wins!
How does the MEarth CSA work?
There will be 10 shares available for purchase at the start of the spring growing season (February-April). A 12-week share is $300.

What’s in the MEarth CSA?
The ½ acre organic gardens at the Hilton Bialek Habitat grow an abundance of seasonal produce and flowers, year-round, to support our youth culinary programs and greater community. The crops we grow are carefully selected because of unique characteristics and flavor – most are cultivated from heirloom, open-pollinated, non-GMO seed.
The content of the weekly bag will vary, based on what is perfectly ready for harvest from the garden each week. Shareholders will receive a weekly newsletter with produce updates and suggested recipes to help put all the goodies to delicious use!
