MEarth Summer Day Camps are immersive, inspiring week-long camps on the one-of-a-kind, 10-acre Hilton Bialek Habitat. Campers explore and harvest from our summer gardens, gain culinary skills in our state-of-the-art, LEED-certified classroom, and explore the wonders of the abundant plants and animals at the Habitat.

Priority deadline for scholarships is March 28, 2019. Scholarships will be evaluated and awarded on a rolling basis. 


Seedlings

A camp for our littlest campers, MEarth welcomes children ages 3-5 to explore MEarth organic garden as we harvest, discover our plants and critters, and create simple snacks using produce from the garden

Microgreens

A week-long day camp for campers entering Kindergarten to 2nd grade. Campers will explore MEarth’s ten-acre habitat, through exploring the pond, native plant and organic vegetable garden. Campers will be making a garden-to-table snack each day, in addition to nature- based crafts, songs and games!

EcoCamp Foodie Fun!

In this week-long day camp for blossoming chefs and gardeners entering Grades 2nd-5th, campers will create seasonal garden-to-table snacks daily while harvesting and exploring MEarth’s organic garden. Camp will include a camper-run Farmers Market and a garden-to- table lunch for families on the last day of camp.

EcoCamp Explorers

A week-long day camp for eco explorers entering grades 2nd-5th. Campers will get to explore MEarth’s ten-acre habitat, make snacks and crafts using edible native plants and fresh garden ingredients, practice being eco-stewards, engage in STEM challenges, and get to put their nature skills/ eco-stewardship to use during a hike.

Edible Passport

In this week-long camp for 6-8th graders, your taste buds will take you to the far corners of the Earth! Each day campers will engage with a different international cuisine, develop their culinary skills, expand their palates, as well as develop multicultural literacy, as we explore the importance of food in different cultures, and what food can teach us about culture and the environment.

Cancellation Policy
If your child is enrolled and unable to participate in summer camp, MEarth must be notified in writing as soon as possible, prior to the start date of your camp week. Our tuition refund policy regarding cancellation states the following:

15+ Days Advance Notice in Writing: 100% Refund less $25 Processing Fee
8 – 14 Days Advance Notice in Writing: 50% Refund less $25 Processing Fee
0 – 7 Days Advance Notice in Writing: No Refund

Scholarships

MEarth is committed to offering camp enrollment to youth in financial need. For 2019, both full and partial scholarships are available for award to eligible youth.
